Jessica Lafitte Landry handled the sale of my home at 222 Treescape Drive in Lafayette, LA. After our initial contact, she performed a “walk through” of house and furnished me a “checklist”
of tasks required to get it into best marketable condition. A few days later, a photo album was created and the house went “live” on a Friday. The following Monday, the house was shown, and after a
little back and forth with prospective buyer, the house went “pending”, with inspection to follow. The inspection went well, all set for closing.
Jessica wasn’t highly motivated through the entire process.
Within a few day, the closing was handled flawlessly by Sara Zuschlag with Andrus Boudreaux-Complete Title in Lafayette. From start to finish in only 18 days.
