She helped me sell my childhood home which was difficult to let go for me and my brother. Any hiccups that came along the way with selling an older home, she was immediately on top of. She has a great team of fixer uppers who were cordial and timely. I loved dealing with her and are using her to also sell my house. He listened to our concerns. He helped us narrow down our wants list and needs list to describe our future home. He was available day and night to answer questions and put together information about potential homes. We went see multiple houses daily and was able to revisit homes that were of extreme interest. Devin has a list of people he uses for appraisal, inspection, etc. They do a splendid job, and Devin is able to explain any information from the data.
